• Account info (name, email, profile picture if you sign in with Google).
• Routine preferences you choose during onboarding.
• The photos you upload to receive a routine — see retention below.
• Anonymous click data when you tap a product recommendation.

Your selfie is sent securely to our backend, passed once to OpenAI's GPT-4o vision model to generate your routine, and then not persisted. We do not save selfies in our database. Any AR snapshots you explicitly choose to save are stored on your account and can be deleted any time from "My Routines".

• Generate personalised, affirming makeup routines.
• Show you product recommendations relevant to your routine.
• Track aggregate click-throughs to improve recommendations.
• Send transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, payment receipts). We never send marketing emails without explicit consent.

TruBeauté participates in Amazon Associates and may participate in other affiliate programs (Sephora via Rakuten, brand-direct programs). When you click a "Shop" link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect which products Trouvé selects.

You can request a copy of your data, or full deletion of your account, at any time by emailing hello@trubeaute.com. We honour requests within 14 days.

We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old (US COPPA + EU GDPR digital-consent age). Younger users are welcome to use TruBeauté in Stealth Mode, where every routine and snapshot stays on your device — we collect no personal info at all. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
